day 48
if the brain tumor i've webMDeed myself with doesn't off me first, then i'm sure elliot will cause me to die of heart attack.
hit by a car in walmart parking lot, head-first-no-hands dive off top bunk, and two near drownings just this week. not to mention a special talent for hiding in the most inconspicuous places while ignoring any recovery efforts.
a day away from turning three and he's already used up 4 of his 9 lives. - there's no other person i want to smother with love and strangle all at the same time more than him.

Sounds like a wild stallion that refuses to be tamed.
Look out world.
i understand you completely, alyssa is the same way (not afraid of anything, now that's scary) i blame it on the curly hair. my theory: curly hair = trouble
i almost downloaded the webMD app for my phone, but then realized it was probably better not to. i have enough self-diagnosed tumors and life-threating diseases already. ha.
hit by a car? scary. be careful elliot.
Update. Elliot got his lip split open this evening after Owen tried to slam it shut with Elliot still inside. not life threatening, but dude has a seriously fat lip.
"it" being the refrigerator door.
he's invincible.
but still, tell that little love to be careful. we like him too much.
I feel a little better after reading this now that I have confirmation that my child isnt the only one like this:)
Oh yes, we have one we called Captain Danger. One day I walked into the room to see him sitting on a bookshelf. He was 1. In a fraction of a second I was also given the vision of his 3 guardian angels. I thank heaven for them daily... still.
PS You are one of my Favs!
hi jen!
some kids need at least 3 as constant companions.
When they're hiding, use the candy threat. "Oh Elliot, we are leaving to go to QT to go buy some candy."
They'll come running, and then you can just say, "just kidding. But glad I found you."
but the kid is awesome... glad he's still alive.
